i am quite new to this, and also very shy...but i am doing my best to do whatever is possible for my greater good , and for everybody's in alignment with the whole universe.

Thank you for the welcome.Noticed your name mentioned on some postings. Chicago? I'm Scottsdale AZ, serious student about 15 yrs. Wapnicks teachings but primarilly self study with a retired Psych PHD as a sometime study partner.
