Glad tidings, Craig! Thanks for reaching out--just read your past ten-year journey w/great interest. I also practiced clinical hypnosis in the early 1980s--mostly with weight loss & smoking. It indirectly led me to ACIM, which became my full-time (even on the job) interest. Do you still practice hypnosis, now using ACIM principles such as helping clients get in touch with unconscious self-punishment attractions? I have, only rarely, when someone repeatedly requests it, and I'm not sure how successful it's been, but I can see the value in certain cases. I'm mostly trying to create the illusion of more time now to write music--then learning to play what I "write" requires much more of said illususion. Thank You again, Craig. All J♥y 2 U! John
Craig, thanks so much for sharing your experiences and the wonderful synopsis of the Course's thought system. It is heartwarming for someone like me who has been working with the Course for many years to read about this sort of thing! This kind of experience seems to be happening more and more - we are each where we are, and together, in relationship, we are clearing the clouds of illusion by extending love. What could be more wonderful?
