Physical Healing in A Course in Miracles

Those who say "no" state the body and the world are an illusion, therefore physical healing is also an illusion, and it doesn't matter what state the illusory body is in.
Those who say "yes," state the sick body is a projection of an unhealed mind. If the mind is healed, the projection must reflect wholeness.
