Now the decisions from the "Rules for Decisions" make perfect sense.

"Today I will make no decisions by myself." Today I will make decisions with the Holy Spirit.

The decision I make in each instant is whether to be happy or miserable, to unite or to separate, to be or not to be.                                  

If I make a decision to be miserable I have chosen the ego.

I just saw a double rainbow on my way back from work.  I was stuck in traffic and I was admiring it for quite a while.  So awesome!

Today I was amazed, I think it was a miracle!

I was at the library looking at books at the bottom shelf.  Previously I saw a little girl approximately two years old walking around and her father watching her.  The girl came and set next to me looking at me with her big eyes.  I said hello and smiled at her.  She then got a book from the shelf and moved it just enough to stick out.  I thought it was the sign for me to get the book.

"To Be" List is such a great idea! It is featured in an article of Jerry Jampolski and Diane Cirincione in the latest issue of "Holy Encounter" by the Miracle Distribution Centre.  They give an extensive 32 item "To Be" list.  My "To Be" list is a bit different.

They suggest to starts the day with a decision "Today will be the best and the happiest day of my life."

I decided to have three goals on my To Be list for each day.  Today my To Be List for work was:

My friend was extremely anxious for several weeks to the point of being very sick physically.

I rung him yesterday and afterwards I thought: "How can I help him?" and immediately saw him happy.

Last night some time after he spoke to me he said "I will be OK tomorrow."  And today he was fine.

In my tradition, which is Macedonian Ortodox, today is Forgiveness Day.  My mum just reminded me.  She called me to forgive me and to ask for my forgiveness.  I think it is a good tradition and I wanted to share it with you all.  Today I forgive everybody and I ask for everybody's  forgiveness!  Just a reminder how each day should be because we need to forgive 24/7.
