Real spirit is whole and permanent. That's your immortal reality. So no matter what appears to be happening, including death and the in-between-life, the truth is that there are only two things to choose from, your reality with God, or anything else. Now all you've got to do is use the mind to choose between God and anything else. ~ Your Immortal Reality…

It's just as important to forgive the little things as the apparently big things. Anything that disturbs your peace of mind is disturbing your peace of mind, and that's not the peace of God. You have to be willing to forgive everything equally. That's why the Course says miracles are all the same. ~ The Disappearance of the Universe…

Forgive, dear brother, and you'll have no use for the ego's dream of death. Exposing it, seeing it for what it is and forgiving it, will set you free. ~ Your Immortal Reality

One of the fundamental differences between the teachings of J and the teachings of the world is this: The teachings of the world are the product of a split, unconscious mind. Once you have that, you have compromise; and once you have compromise, you no longer have the truth. ~ The Disappearance of the Universe…

Gary: One of the things that really bothers me isn't just when I judge others, it's when they judge me.
Pursah: Their judgment of you is really your own self-judgment that is seen as being outside of you. They're not even there. Yes, it looks like they're really there and the judgment is outside of you, but it's not. When you forgive the other, you're really forgiving what's in your own mind. Their call for love really is your call for love.

This has been something that has kept me from moving forward until I figured it out and would like to share.
During a conversation with a Seventh Day Adventist, I informed her that when I talk to Jesus, he is spoken to as my Brother. I blast Him, I cuss Him out, I cuss at Him, I Love Him, I never ask for anything as if I am in lack (used to, seemed to... make the lack last longer in time), and the only thing I ask for anymore is guidance in many symbolic ways. She was aghast that I…Continue

From The ACIM Mentor Articles, September 11, 2007:
God can be experienced but cannot be conveyed in words. How do you explain Being and Oneness and Wholeness to the ego-identified who think that they are defined by what they do, that fragmentation is reality and who are so used to lack that they cannot distinguish it from wholeness? You cannot. The most you can do is help others to become motivated to open to experiencing God directly themselves.

The focus should always be on doing your forgiveness lessons and going home, not on the level of form and the body, which cannot be spiritualized. People are always looking for vicarious salvation. They want to be enlightened by following an enlightened one and having it bestowed on them. It doesn't work that way. In addition, there are so many people out there presenting themselves as some kind of a master and saying they're going to teach you "mastery," that it's comical. If you drove a…Continue

As you're walking through you dream movie, which you wrote and directed and then forgot about so it would seem real, forgive what you made and return to God. Demonstrate that you have true wisdom by seeing the innocence in everyone, and thus making it your own. ~ The Disappearance of the Universe

If someone is attempting to rape a woman, she doesn't have time to join with the Holy Spirit and ask for guidance. In that case, she should do whatever is appropriate. That's not the time to be applying that Workbook Lesson, "If I defend myself I am attacked." Remember, the Course is done at the level of the mind. If you're a woman, and a man is trying to rape you, kick him in the balls. ~ Your Immortal Reality…

We came here to give people a spiritual message, a message that not everyone is ready for yet, and this is it: When you are ready to accept that the only thing that really matters in your illusory lifetime is the successful completion of your lessons of true forgiveness, then you will be truly wise indeed. ~ The Disappearance of the Universe…

You've got to be willing to surrender the idea of Authorship to God if you want to be able to share in your real power. Humility is the way - not a false humility that says you are inadequate, but a real humility that simply says God is your only Source. You will realize that except for His Love you need nothing. ~ The Disappearance of the Universe…Continue

When the ego tempts you to sickness do not ask the Holy Spirit to heal the body, for this would merely be to accept the ego's belief that the body is the proper aim of healing. Ask, rather, that the Holy Spirit teach you the right perception of the body, for perception alone can be distorted. Only perception can be sick, because only perception can be wrong. ~ J-Dog, A Course in Miracles…

Remember what the Course says about your seeming life and death in this world, ‘In any state apart from Heaven life is illusion. At best it seems like life; at worst, like death. Yet both are judgments on what is not life, equal in their inaccuracy and lack of meaning. Life not in Heaven is impossible, and what is not in Heaven is not anywhere.' ~ The Disappearance of the Universe…

A component of practicing forgiveness when you're confronted by an opportunity would be to remember that you're dreaming. You authored the dream and made the figures in it act out for you, so you could see your unconscious guilt outside yourself. If you remember you're dreaming, then there's nothing out there but your own projection. Once you believe that, then there's no need for what you're seeing and now forgiving to have any impact on you. ~ The Disappearance of the Universe…
