Jesus in the Course is the REAL Jesus

I come across quite a few posts around the web, where people say things like"I don't believe Jesus , wrote the Course, or Jesus in the Course isn't really the same as the real Jesus from the Bible, etc.
All I can say is YES! it is the same person, and because he overcame the ego so can we. Just as by his resurrection he demonstrated that death is not real and that the crucifixion had no meaning.

I keep having the experience of understanding portions of the Bible through the lens of ACIM, and it is a such joy for me. Today, it was the story of the prodigal son that helped me understand the process of leaving the Father and returning to love.
But your description of your deepened understanding of love resonates so deeply. I keep saying to myself every few days, "Oh, God is LOVE!" and each time I understand it more clearly. It is such a wonder to realize that it's not that God is a being practicing love, or emanating love, or other ways I used to conceive it. GOD IS LOVE, I am LOVE, the concept itself- so concrete, so practical, so Real!
And, even better, it's what I've always wanted to be! How weary I am of protecting myself, defending myself, of hiding my Light. This little light of mine, I'm gonna let it shine....
