I love reading the experiences of everyone here ♥

Today my lesson is 189 and this prayer brought me a semblance of peace when I was feeling tight, angry and resentful:

Father, we do not know the way to You. But we have called, and You have answered us. We will not interfere. Salvation's ways are not our own, for they belong to You. And it is unto You we look for them. Our hands are open to receive Your gifts. We have no thoughts we think apart from You, and cherish no beliefs of what we are, or Who created us. Yours is the way that we would find and follow. And we ask but that Your Will, which is our own as well, be done in us and in the world, that it become a part of Heaven now. Amen.

<sigh> I feel better already...

I agree with Jilly - thank you so very much for sharing your amazing experiences Onenessnow and Christy!!! I'm going through a lesson in forgiveness with someone who is probably my most difficult teacher, and Jilly, as you said, my only job is to accept Atonement for myself.  

The light returns... "you make it so."  

Christy, I'm writing that on my wall today!

My goodness... thank you all so much for sharing such beautiful insights.  Had a bit of a rough day, so I logged on and read these lovely comments and am reminded of the transitory nature of our thoughts, and that my only job is to accept the Atonement for myself... be willing to see things differently.... be willing to have a miracle.  Thank you all!!!!  LOVE this site!!!!

Onenessnow Astruth, your vision sounds so familiar to me. I had a dream the other night that I was visiting a prison and had an interaction with a man that was full of light. Then, I had a thought of fear and judgment, and such sadness followed. I reached for the loving thoughts, the smiling thoughts, and the light returned. I heard the words, "You make it so".

comment on lesson 186, while on the subway today coming home I was meditating on this lesson when I had a profound vision. I saw myself as a being of brilliant light that shines and shines. As I glazed at different people on the subway I saw the negative and positive thoughts come up and then good or bad judgememts being made. I saw that these judgements temporarily blocked the eternal light but once I remember who I was the awareness of the brilllant light at my core returned. I have also had realizations on the subway of the true identity of all those scattering in all directions, many blessings
